Answer a few questions about your business and Brandonn writes captions in your brand voice, generates an image, and picks hashtags — ready to review and publish to your connected Facebook and Instagram.
Go to your profile → connected accounts and tap Connect. You’ll sign in with Facebook and pick the Page/account you want Brandonn to post to. You can disconnect any time.
Brandonn is free to start. The optional Starter plan is billed through our secure checkout; you can manage or cancel it any time from your profile. Billing questions? Email support@brandonn.us.
Go to your profile → your account and tap ‘Delete account’, alternatively, email privacy@brandonn.us from your account address and we’ll remove your account and associated data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
What gets deleted, and what we keep :
Deleting your account permanently removes your Brandonn account and its associated data — your profile and name, your business profiles, all generated and scheduled posts, uploaded photos and logos, and your connected Facebook/Instagram authorizations. This is permanent and cannot be undone. We complete deletion within 30 days. A limited set of records may be retained only where the law requires it (for example, invoices or tax records held by our payment provider). See our Privacy Policy for details.
